Keep in mind that your final quote may differ from what was shared in your initial telephone conversation. The final quote you will receive after your consultation will include all charges based on your doctor’s diagnosis and recommendation.

After you complete each section in the portal click SAVE and NEXT at the bottom of each page to prevent your information from becoming lost. Each page must be saved to sync correctly with our records.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

As a courtesy to the office and other patients who are requesting appointments, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours (and one business day) prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will charge your credit card, which is on file with our third-party secure financial vendor, a fee of $175 if you fail to show for your appointment or if you do not give the office sufficient notice. Example: If your appointment is on Tuesday at 3:00, you must cancel by Monday at 3:00. If your appointment is on Monday at 3:00; you must cancel by Friday at 3:00.

The point of a consultation is to voice your aesthetic concerns to the doctor. To fully understand your concerns, the doctor will listen attentively. It’s about mutual discovery and respect; it’s not about the doctor dictating what should be done.

How often does Dr. Cho and his team follow up with patients?

Follow-up timelines depend on if the treatment provided was non-surgical or surgical. Although follow up visits and calls depend on the treatment, we prioritize the needs of our patients, and your Patient Experience Coordinator is available when any question or concern arises. If you had a non-surgical treatment the follow up timelines typically run from 2 weeks to 4 weeks. For surgical patients, your follow ups begin the day after surgery. Following this we continue to follow up for 1 week post operation then 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months and up to 12 months to track your recovery.

How often does Dr. Chiang and her team follow up with patients?

Dr. Chiang believes the best results happen when we approach the patient/doctor relationship like any other: with honesty, an open mind, and a mutual goal. We each have an important role in obtaining and maintaining the best results and avoiding unwanted surprises. This means we take the time to follow up on a regular basis.
