This patient is a 67-year-old female who expressed concerns about the signs of aging on her face, particularly the skin laxity in the lower face and neck area. To address these concerns, Dr. Cho performed an extended facelift with fat grafting, quad blepharoplasty, and CO2 laser resurfacing for the entire face and neck. The "after" photos were taken seven weeks after the treatment.
