For deeper or less visible filler, ultrasound may be used to ensure precise targeting. Hyaluronidase works quickly, often breaking down the hyaluronic acid within 24 hours. The amount of enzyme needed varies depending on the volume and type of filler used in the area.
- Monitoring Results: Patients are often followed up with 24 hours later to assess the results of treatment.
Alternatives While You Wait
