I want to give a shout-out to Integrated Aesthetics in the Woodlands. I normally go to the one in Spring to see Dr. Chiang. This place in the Woodlands has great ambience and the same friendly professional care. No wait time. I'm always taken in right away. I love how Dr. Chiang and her staff take their time with me to address my concerns. I never feel rushed or pressured. This is such a great place and I'm so happy with my results and products. I love Dr. Chiang!
Their customer service is also exceptional, from the warm welcome at the front desk to the post-treatment follow-up. The team’s commitment to ensuring a positive and rejuvenating experience is commendable. I have put off getting any type of injections in my face because I am very afraid of needles near that area. However, Dr. Chiang and her staff were genuinely so attentive and encouraging that it made my first experience feel extremely calm and smooth. I must also say the results were amazing considering how my face was able to maintain a natural look as well! So worth it!

Where do I start… First off their place is Amazing. As soon as you step in the door someone is greeting you. And everyone that walks by speaks and make you feel very comfortable. My consultation with Dr. Young Cho was great, he explained everything and anything. My Patient Coordinator is an amazing person she helped seal the deal for me. She made me feel more comfortable about my choice.. But more than anything I’m excited to see my results.
I have been a patient of Dr. Cho’s since my first appointment eight years ago. Dr. Cho is simply the best! It is always a treat to visit Integrated Aesthetics. The facility is clean and everyone there is really nice. Love the snack bar where you can fix yourself a beverage and snack on a treat while sitting in the waiting area. Dr. Chiang is professional, considerate and gentle and is extremely talented with fillers and botox. I highly recommend Integrated Aesthetics.
Dr. Cho listens and explains everything in detail. He is a genius doctor as well as a true artist of body aesthetics. The spa is beautiful and the staff aways friendly and very professional.
First time getting fillers and Botox and I couldn’t be happier! The doctor goes for subtle at first and then gives you the option for touch ups. The whole staff is super friendly and nobody rushes you. The doctor takes time to answer all questions and wants you to be informed as possible before making any decisions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for cosmetic procedures, you won’t be disappointed!
Always a great visit with Dr. Chiang. I have been a patient of hers for several years. She keeps my facial aesthetics natural while keeping my appearance young and youthful. Love her technique and her scientific approach when injecting dermal fillers. Forever my favorite doctor.
Integrated Aesthetics answered all my questions, did not try to pressure me into more services than what I had originally asked about and offered me a few different priced packages to select from. My service was scheduled quickly. On the day of CoolSculpting I felt safe and cared for the entire time. The offices are nice and the staff are very polite and caring.
Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Young Cho were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Young Cho really took his time to explain my procedures with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this medical spa, whenever you need to discover the new you!
It is always nice to walk into Integrated Aesthetics. It is very neat and clean and everyone is very friendly. Dr Chiang is an artist with the needles/Botox/Sculptra and she is very gentle.

Dr. Cho is nothing short of an artist with fillers. My face looked so much younger after he injected my tear troughs, cheeks, and nasolabial folds. He was also very patient in answering my questions in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed. The patient coordinator was great too. It was a 5-star experience!

I’m 56 years old and I have a sagging face. I went to Dr. Melissa Chiang and talked about it. She advised me to do 3 treatment, combination of Sculptra and Radiesse. Last week I had my first treatment and I’m very, very happy with the results! I would definitely recommend Dr. Melissa Chiang.

Excellent staff and physicians. The office staff is incredibly polite and generous. It was like they’ve known us forever. Dr. Chiang was incredibly patient and informative. The welcome area and rooms are super clean. I simply cannot say enough good things about this group.
It is such a pleasant experience to visit Integrated Aesthetics. They have a great team and really have a unique and much more pleasant process of receiving injections in the face. They don’t try to push unwanted procedures and listen intently. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else after my experience. I highly recommend Integrated Aesthetics.
Every one there are so nice, willing and ready to answer any questions I have. I just recently had a breast reduction and a lift, l was so anxious to have the surgery and afraid at the same time, but they were so pleasant and patient with me before the surgery, during the surgery, and after the surgery, and although it’s been only two days since my surgery, my new breast looks so amazing, even better then l could imagine. Next I’m planning on a tummy tuck and of course it will be with Dr. Cho!
Dr. Cho was very attentive and gave me so much information I didn’t know, also brilliantly explaining how he would perform the procedures. It was one of the best professional consultations I had ever been to. He is so knowledgeable and knows so much about Plastic Surgery and the art of aesthetics.
Dr. Cho performed a lip lift and it looks exactly the way I wanted it to. There was too much distance between my upper lip and my nose. I do not like fillers in my lips because I don’t personally like the look on me. Dr Cho does excellent work. Alana was the nurse assisting and she was very nice and professional.

I had a great experience at integrated aesthetics. The nurse and anesthesiologist were very caring and successfully completed their tasks before my surgery began. The wait time was short and I was taken in and out of the surgery room promptly.

Dr. Cho and his staff are just the best. He takes his time and doesn’t rush you. His filler technique is excellent….not the cheapest….but I trust his expertise since I once had an eye stroke from filler being accidentally injected into an artery under my eye. It is a rare occurrence but can happen. Dr. Cho is uses a tiny cannula for under eye filler which totally safeguards against injecting into an artery or vein. Everyone there is so caring and attentive before, during and after your procedures. I highly recommend Integrated Aesthetics!
I’m very pleased with the results of my injections by Dr. Chiang!! I’m 73 years old and am regularly thought to be in my late 50’s due to her skill. She has a discerning eye on what’s needed and where it needs to go. And the results are totally natural looking.
