What is the O-Shot?

The O-Shot® is a safe, non-surgical procedure using platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) to enhance sexual function and treat urinary incontinence.

Multiple research studies have shown the effectiveness of platelet-rich fibrin for the treatment of diminished libido, painful intercourse, and urinary symptoms when injected into areas of the vagina.

The O-Shot® procedure begins with a simple blood draw. Then, using a proprietary technique, platelet-rich plasma is extracted from the blood with a special centrifuge and purified so it can be safely used for injection.

Since the treatment area is a relatively sensitive part of the body, we’ll make sure to carefully numb it with a local anesthetic before the injections begin. Our goal is to work closely with you in a way that ensures your comfort and satisfaction.

Once this part of the process is complete, the PRF solution will be carefully injected into the numbed area near the clitoris and upper vagina. There is no recovery time, and results can even be seen almost immediately in some women.

You may experience swelling, redness, and bruising, all of which will be temporary.
A rare complication is an outbreak of cold sores if you have a history.

Are there any risks?

You may experience minor side effects such as swelling, redness, and bruising. These side effects should disappear within four to six days. In rare instances, you may have complications like infection, scarring, and outbreaks of cold sores if you have a history of herpes.

How much does my consultation cost?

Your initial consultation will cost $175, which can be applied toward the cost of your procedure, should you decide to move forward with Integrated Aesthetics.
