Yes, certain kinds of appointments can be done virtually. These include aesthetic consultations and certain types of dermatology appointments. It is best to call to see if your particular concern can be addressed virtually.

Dr. Chiang believes that the best results are created when we approach the patient/doctor relationship like any other: with honesty, an open mind, and a mutual goal. We each have an important role in obtaining and maintaining the best results and avoiding unwanted surprises. This means we take the time to follow up on a regular basis.

For new patients with a single point of concern, the consultation fee is $225. For new patients with two to three concerns, the fee is $275. For established patients, a follow-up involving one issue is $175, and $200 for consultations covering two or three issues. If there are additional fees related to procedures, you will receive a quote prior to the procedure being performed. For patients who do not cancel their scheduled appointment, the no-show fee is $175.

Dr. Chiang’s focus is on the patient. She wants to be able to have longer appointments at more frequent intervals so that she makes sure that she can educate the patient and ensure the patient is improving. She also likes the transparency of the pricing. You always know your responsibility for the visit before you receive the service.
